The annual Albion Fellows Bacon Awards will go to individuals who have shown exemplary dedication and motivational leadership through their active engagement in reform efforts or influence of public policies that improve the quality of life for the broader Evansville community.
A sub-committee of the Women’s Equality Day Planning Committee will select two award recipients from nominations.
The Unsung Hero Award recognizes individuals for tireless service to the community.
The Inspirational Leadership Award recognizes individuals for being a change-agent and improving the quality of life for the broader community.

Past winners include Deena Laska Lewis, Sondra Matthews, Patty Avery, Sister Jane McClure, Marvaline Prince, Luzada Hayes, Barbara Williams, Roberta Heiman, Estella Moss and Vaneta Becker.20
